The mrs said she noticed the difference
Didn’t realise how much I needed this until I was standing in the bush around a group of genuine men having real conversations. Walked away lighter.

The Forge Men's Walk
Sunday 2nd August 6am - 12pm
Cedar Creek Cascades
When was the last time you felt at your best?
Have you had any time for yourself to recharge and reset lately?
When did you last feel seen, heard, and celebrated for simply who you are?
The truth is it won't happen until you make it happen. This is your chance to do something deliberate that benefits you, your family and your work/business.
I firmly believe that men need safe men around them, to confide in, sharpen with, and navigate life’s inevitable challenges - as well as to share in the glory of life and feel what it means to feel celebrated.
The Mens Walk is led by Registered Counsellor & Men's Work Facilitator Blake Spencer, who will guide you through a mild-medium challenging walk, including a series of activities/processes along the way.
This Men's Walk is designed to help you forge stronger connection with yourself, with others and
with nature, as well as learn valuable tools to navigate the challenges of life - relationships, work, parenting.
What you can expect:
To feel safe, seen & heard
To feel discomfort
To learn tools for communication, wellbeing, and self-development
To leave feeling lighter, calmer and more clear
To be fed (light snacks provided)
What to wear:
Swimmers and active wear
Slip on shoes - crocs, thongs, slides OR runners/walking shoes
What to bring:
The real you
Small backpack
Towel

“The kind of thing every bloke says he doesn’t need… until he experiences it.”
“I’ve done therapy, gyms, mindset stuff… but there’s something different about being outdoors with men who are actually willing to open up.”
