About the host: Francisca @yoursoulknows_ is a holistic therapist, energy healing practitioner and health coach passionate about psychosomatic health, earth honouring spirituality and ancestral ways of healing. She is also an experienced yoga and meditation teacher as well as a Circle, Ceremony and Ritual facilitator.
