There comes a point when many people begin to question whether the life they’ve built still reflects the life they want. From the outside, everything may look successful. Yet internally, a different conversation has begun.

“I can’t keep doing this for another ten years.” “I want more time.” “I want less pressure.” “I want work that feels meaningful.” “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what that looks like—or whether I can afford to make it happen.”

The Freedom Equation has been designed for this moment.

The Freedom Equation™ brings together the complementary expertise of Joti Prasad, founder of Kynara Collective, and Kylie, founder of Retire Aware. Joti helps people gain clarity about the life they want to create, while Kylie helps them understand what’s financially possible. Together, they’ve created a practical framework that combines life clarity with financial confidence, helping people make informed decisions about what comes next.

Who is this Workshop for?

This small group workshop is for you if you are beginning to question whether the life you have built is still the life you want. You may be considering:

stepping back from a demanding career
retraining or starting something new
reducing work to create more time
redefining success
creating greater balance and fulfilment
exploring possibilities before making major decisions

You're are not looking to escape your life. You want to make thoughtful choices that align with who you are now.

A Small Group Experience

To create space for meaningful reflection, discussion and interaction, this workshop is intentionally limited to a small group of participants. If this workshop resonates with you, we encourage you to book early as places are limited.

The Workshop Journey

The workshop is built around two connected stages.

Part One — Life Clarity

Participants step back from the momentum of everyday life to reconnect with what matters most. Together we explore:

what has brought them to this point
the areas of life asking for attention
their core values
future possibilities
the life they want to create
the fears, assumptions and uncertainties standing in their way

By the end of this session, participants have greater clarity about the change they are considering and why it matters.

Part Two — Financial Possibility

Once people become clear about what they want, the next question is often immediate: “Can I actually afford to make this change?”

Rather than assuming the answer is yes—or no—participants learn how to explore the financial realities behind their assumptions.

Topics include:

understanding lifestyle and financial commitments
distinguishing genuine financial constraints from uncertainty
recognising common behavioural biases that influence financial decisions
identifying meaningful trade-offs
exploring practical financial pathways
understanding what financial information is needed before making major life decisions

By the end of this session, participants will better understand what’s possible, what assumptions need to be tested, and how to make confident financial decisions that support the life they want to create.

Two Perspectives. One Purpose

The Freedom Equation™ brings together two complementary perspectives because meaningful life decisions require more than clarity alone. They also require confidence that the change is possible.

Joti provides:

clarity about the change being considered
a deeper understanding of what matters most
a structured approach to making meaningful life decisions
space to explore future possibilities and create a vision for the next chapter
insight into the fears and assumptions influencing those decisions
greater confidence about the direction they want to take

Kylie provides:

a financial lens for the life choices being considered
a practical framework for understanding implications, options and trade-offs
greater clarity about what needs to be explored before making a significant financial or life decision

Together, these two perspectives help participants move beyond uncertainty and make informed decisions that align with both the life they want and the financial reality needed to support it.

The Outcome

Participants leave with:

greater clarity about what they want next
a deeper understanding of the role money plays in that decision
increased confidence to explore options rather than remain stuck
practical next steps aligned with both their values and financial reality

Why this matters
Too often, people believe they have only two options: Stay exactly where they are or make a leap that feels financially impossible.

The Freedom Equation introduces a third option. A structured process that helps participants understand themselves, understand their finances, and explore realistic pathways forward.

It creates the bridge between uncertainty and confidence, allowing you to make decisions you can stand behind, rather than decisions driven by fear, assumptions or uncertainty.

We believe the best life decisions happen when purpose and practicality work together.

That is the purpose of The Freedom Equation.
