ESSENCE:

According to the National Science Foundation, 80% of humanity’s thoughts are negative and 95% of humanity’s thoughts are repetitive. But that need not be you!

It is a spiritual law that outer experience is a projection from inner reality. Therefore, humanity has so many negative experiences because their feelings and actions result from their negative thoughts.

But not you!

Spiritually awakened people like you are realizing we can choose our thoughts, and thus reshape our reality and therefore attract our preferred experiences. We don’t have to succumb to the thoughts of mass consciousness that are mainly negative, even though it is all being broadcast in the morphogenic field throughout our atmosphere.

Conscious inner choice trumps all outer influences.

Our Authentic Self is perfect, whole, loving, abundant, and joyous. However, we do not get to experience our inner perfection in the outer world when we negatively criticize ourselves. We may feel bad about ourselves because we bought into other people’s negative opinions, especially during childhood.

A good mother does not judge a baby each time it falls while learning to walk. But somehow, most of us have learned to judge ourselves for our mistakes. Mistakes are a vital part of our growth process. Our growth, learning, and creativity can be stunted when we condemn ourselves for any reason.

Forgiving others is very difficult if we have yet to forgive ourselves for taking it personally. A primary skill of the Freedom Formula is self-forgiveness. Self-forgiveness is an antidote to the pain and separation that self-judgment causes. Through close observation, we discover all judgments of others are (in one form of another) projections of our self-judgments. Whatever or whoever we label as “bad” or“wrong” is associated with some part of our inner selves in need of deeper understanding, forgiveness, and acceptance.

We forgive ourselves not for having done anything wrong, but for having judged ourselves for our mistakes. We are not our mistakes. Harboring guilt is no way to live and grow.
