After the first sold out freedom to express event in Melbourne in April, we are back!

This time with 2 events over 2 days.

The freedom to express breathwork journeys are a 2.5 hour breathwork experience, giving you the much-needed space to 

express yourself in your full uniqueness, getting you out of your head and connected back to your heart.
