The future is today. Wills and estate planning for families of adults and children with disabilities
Do you worry about your child's future without you?
When your loved one has a disability, there are additional things to think about so that the plans and decisions you make today will achieve what you want for their future.
Our presenters Loretta Cooper and Ella Przibilla from Adelta Legal will outline the things you need to think about and give you helpful tips for the next steps in:
· Making or reviewing a will
· Sharing your wishes about your child’s future
· Guardianship and SACAT orders
· Assets and trusts.
