Join P&V alumni, Three Blue Ducks drinks boss and winemaker Mem Hemmings, as she discusses what the 'future of drinking' looks like through the diverse lens of  Brendan Hilferty (Sparrow & Vine), Bob Colman (Frankly, Bob) and Wildflower brewers. Mem will explore the transformation and evolution of drinking and drinks aided by four interesting and distinct drinks from the producers.
