The AGM is an essential milestone for us to traverse each year and it’s a point in time when each member can have their say on how the organisation is managed.

We will also be enjoying a musical performance (and irresistible sing-along) with our Temple Artist in Residence, Sue Gee.

If you are a current member, you are eligible to nominate members to the governance circle and vote on matters that direct the Gaia Temple to fulfil its mission of ‘bringing about a world in which people respect eachother and honour the Divine Feminine.’

1. Acknowledgement of Country - Chair

2. Create the Circle by acknowledging the directions and elements

3. Affirmation of Temple Values then Chair acknowledges the energy of Gaia, known, seen and spoken.

4. Conveners’ Report Jenny Cameron and Pia Gaia. The Convener and co-convener present a report on what has been happening with the Gaia Temple Inc in this our second year. 

5. Financial Report. Pauline Galvin our Treasurer presents the Temple accounts for our consideration. 

6. Election of members to the Guardian Circle - Jenny Cameron. 

We elect or appoint the members who are stepping up to act as Guardians on a board of management, to guide the Gaia Temple inc for the coming year.
