Welcome you to The Gateway Getaway on Saturday, September 27 at The Sattva Life Studio, Avalon Beach for a full day of yoga, breath-work, and connection.

To help you prepare, here’s what to bring so you can make the most of your retreat day:

What to Bring (in order of use):

Yoga clothes - something comfortable to move in

Water bottle

Swimmers & a towel - for our lunchtime swim

Keep cup - for warm drinks during the day

Journal + pen – for reflections and insights

Warm change of clothes – for after yoga and beach time

Food:

A delicious Ayurvedic-inspired brunch and other meals will be provided. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring your own extra snacks.

Schedule:

9:00–11:00 am: Morning Yoga & Pranayama

11:00 am: Nourishing Ayurvedic-Inspired Brunch

12:00 pm Beachside Philosophy Session & optional swim.

2:00 pm: Kriya & Breathwork Workshop

4:00 pm: Cacao Ceremony with Light Snack & Integration

4:30-6:00 pm: Evening Ceremony & Live Kirtan
