Your Hosts

Kreet Kangur is a Queensland-based triathlete, certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Originally from a small island off the coast of Estonia, Kreet has been calling Brisbane her home since 2017.

Jen Valdes is a certified yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator. Her teachings are a happy blend of ritual and mysticism mixed with practical and accessible movement, hands-on assists and the power of sound. Jen was born and raised in Germany and has been based in the Sunshine state for the past seven years.

The Location

Nestled in the serene hills of Pullenvale, just 25 minutes from Brisbane's bustle, Temple Retreat offers an idyllic sanctuary for our gathering. This luxury wellness destination provides a peaceful haven from the rush of daily life.

Here, surrounded by native bushland, you'll find a place that invites you to truly slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself and others. The retreat's calm, grounding energy perfectly complements our morning of movement, nourishment, and restoration.

Nourishment Details

Chef Josh Winter's vegetarian breakfast spread features a wholesome array of seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.

General Admission - $129 (excl. booking fee)

Includes guided meditation, breath work, movement session, nourishing morning tea, sound healing meditation, and take-home resources.

What to bring

Comfortable (workout) attire
A refillable water bottle for hydration
Warm socks, a sweater or shawl for the sound healing session
An open heart and mind

Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. But feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Experience Level

This retreat welcomes all levels of experience. Our skilled instructors offer modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.
