Based on analysis, interviews and literature review, Brian Donovan and Dean Phelan found that great leaders consistently practise a gentle art of leadership. They have a powerful mixture of personal humility, integrity and indomitable will for forwarding the health, success and long-term prosperity of their organisation and people. They seem to get the best out of others by genuinely treating them with dignity and respect, while focused on strategic outcomes.

Join Dean Phelan, with a virtual appearance by co-author Brian Donovan, at a special event hosted by Gateway Health where they will highlight key findings and learnings from their recently released book, The Gentle Art of Leadership.
