Can a woman teach a man how to be a man?

With the current climate, there has been this pull for me to open a men’s circle to give support to those who are wanting to be better for their families, their workplaces, their community.

Many men have been enquiring about my meditation classes and stopping me in the street or reaching out to connect and talk.

There are many services geared to creating safe spaces for women and I want to bring this to men, where you have a space you are able to ask the questions, to have a different perspective (from a woman), to know how to be the loving, safe men in a busy world of change.

The Gentle Man workshop will have an open discussion of what it means to be a man, a meditation practice to bring clarity, and quick, easy tools you can access before meetings or projects, difficult conversations or when you are experiencing challenges in your life.

Life is a series of cycles, endings bring with them new beginnings and for many, embracing change can seem scary, or you may have feelings of not quite sure what the path is forward.

Accessing your confidence and belief in self brings back your trust in who you are, so that even if the unknown lays ahead, your trust in you carries you forward.
