Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? You’re not alone.

Stress often builds quietly, affecting our bodies, minds, and energy levels in ways we don’t always notice. Whether it’s tight shoulders, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, or feeling “on edge”, these can really impact on your day to day life.

The Gentle Rebalance Workshop is a practical session designed to help you understand exactly how stress shows up in your body and give you tools to manage it effectively.

We will explore how stress affects your nervous system and learn simple, evidence-informed Capacitar techniques to calm your mind, ease tension, and restore balance.

Through guided exercises, mindful awareness practices, and practical wellbeing tools, you’ll gain strategies that are easy to integrate into your daily life; helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to your body.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking for simple but effective ways to reduce anxiety, improve resilience, and take control of their wellbeing. Whether you’re managing daily pressures, preventing burnout, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, you’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of your own stress responses.

But don't just take our word for it an attendee from our last session said: "I left feeling calm, encouraged, and confident that I had learned practical techniques I will be able to use in my everyday life."

This could be you!

Take this time for yourself - pause, reset, and discover a gentler, more balanced way to navigate life. Your nervous system, your mind, and your body will thank you.
