This workshop is for both leaders and their team members who wish to communicate more effectively. Feedback is truly a gift when given and received intentionally as a growth mechanism. It’s often about intent V impact. We will look at how to shape effective 2-way conversations steeped in curiosity and desire to develop individuals. Our focus will be on both giving and receiving feedback for best outcomes and to avoid conflict situations escalating.
This is a skill that allows conversations across hierarchies that drive business and personal success.

Kerrie holds qualifications in leadership, coaching and mentoring and is accredited in several behavioural and emotional intelligence tools.
