- eliminating judgement and self talk

- exercises through the feeling senses

- NOT using your mind to try to 'read' people!

And potentially learn more about another than you ever have anyone on a first date.

Join us for an evening of other 'singles', beautiful sounds, healthy food, insightful conversation and some bloody useful Tools and Techniques to takeaway with you which will soar your dating skills to the max. You might even meet a nice friend/s to hang out with beyond the event!

Too often we can be so in our own minds during dates, worrying about what we are saying, how are we coming across.

Wondering if we are going to get lucky tonight! If this is our future husband/wife?

Mind reading what they are thinking and perhaps bringing past experiences to the table. All of the while missing out on getting to be with the human in front of us.

So set in the Arabian themed, magical Bondi Health House you will be warmly welcomed with tea, delicious food platters and mingling to start. Then we will commence the exercises. The evening will conclude with a sound journey and the chance to mingle some more if you choose.
