Event description

You are invited to join us for The Global Studio Exhibition Launch on Wednesday, October 16, 1pm-3pm.

Date: Thursday 17 October
Time: 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Venue: The Hearth, Level 2, Wilkinson Building G04

The Global Studio is a mobility unit run in partnership with the School of Architecture, Design and Planning and the Bandung Institute of Technology.

It includes two weeks of intensive on-site lectures and field work in the city of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, followed by a week of remote attendance to studio activities from Sydney. The theme of the 2024 Studio was Digital Transformation in Urban Kampungs, with focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The event will showcase the outcomes of the Studio and include an Indonesian cultural performance by the visiting students and staff from the Bandung Institute of Technology.
