The GO Foundation is thrilled to announce the return of The Big Lunch on Friday 18th August 2023, right in the heart of Gadigal Country, at the beautiful Sheraton Grand, Sydney Hyde Park!
Adam Goodes, Michael O’Loughlin and Sonja Stewart, Chairperson our GO Foundation Ambassadors Anita Heiss, Brooke Boney and Blak Douglas look forward to welcoming you to our major fundraising event for 2023.
The Big Lunch, now in it's 6th year, began to raise money to help us deliver on our mission to Empower through Education. The young mob/Indigenous people engaged in our GO program range in age from year 1 right through to high school and into university and are provided not only funds to help with things such as uniforms, excursions and laptops but also opportunities to attend Culture Connect Days, leadership and alumni activities.
As always along with inspiring speakers, great entertainment, there is a delicious 3-course meal for everyone to enjoy and brilliant donated silent auction prizes. You can enjoy a wonderful event knowing that your presence is helping to make a positive impact to our scholars' education journey.
