The Goddess in You

A workshop for women asking, “Who Am I Now?”
A creative wellness event that explores divine feminine energy and ways to build confidence and practice emotional healing through connection with the concept of the inner goddess. For maidens, mothers, matriarchs and crones, this workshop provides a supportive place to step out of the busy-ness of daily life and check in with yourself to identify your values and vision for now and the near future.
Co-hosted by two experienced facilitators and women of a certain age, Shel and Benne, this 2-hour workshop is recommended for women who need a moment to pause, connect and reflect before taking the next steps forward. Using the avatar of a goddess figure, let’s explore where your power lives, or may be sourced from in the future.
