Instructor: Chef Rachel – Chef Rachel Baily is a wife, and mom with a passion for sharing the joy of cooking. A graduate of Southwest Tech, where she was honored as Student of the Year. After graduating the program Rachel was immediately invited to join the faculty. Her love for food has been shaped by her travels around the world during her late teens and early twenties. While she enjoys cooking dishes from every corner of the globe, her heart (and spice rack) are especially at home in the flavors of Asia.
