BEFORE YOU START

Check‑in opens at 11:30am
Mandatory safety briefing at the start line
Approved paddle board + certified PFD required
Warm up only in designated areas

RACE START

Line up behind start buoys
Wait for countdown + horn
False starts may incur penalties

ON THE COURSE

Follow all marked buoys
Overtake on the right
Avoid contact with other paddlers
If you fall: remount quickly
Need help: raise paddle vertically

SAFETY FIRST

Lifeguards + safety boats on course
Follow all official instructions immediately

FINISH AREA

Paddle fully through finish gate
Clear the chute promptly
Return race number if required

AFTER THE RACE

Hydration + recovery stations available
Results posted after verification
Report any injuries to event staff
