You are warmly invited to the 2024 Great Graduates Speaker Series - Business.

From humble beginnings in China to leading one of NZ's top online retailers, Gracie MacKinlay, shares her career journey, the success of Mighty Ape, and her personal growth along the way. A visionary leader whose journey is a testament to resilience and innovative thinking. From her early days in digital marketing to launching solution-focused initiatives during COVID, Gracie’s story is one of transformation and strategic leadership.

The discussion will be facilitated by Matt Raskovic, Deputy Head of the Department of Marketing at AUT Business School, who will explore what’s next for Gracie.

About our alumni speaker, Gracie MacKinlay

Gracie MacKinlay graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from AUT in 2002. Before stepping into her role as CEO, she excelled in strategic planning, growth, customer retention, and satisfaction, all while capturing a company’s vision on the digital platform.
