Join Celine Redfield of Two Wings Balanced Healing and Inner Growth Therapy for a transformative evening and step out of the relentless pressure to produce and into a sacred sanctuary of non-doing.

Welcome to The Great Recalibration, an immersive somatic and sound-healing journey designed for a monumental moment of cosmic deceleration. We gather on the exact evening that Mars stands completely still in the sky to turn retrograde. Arriving right after a pragmatic Capricorn New Moon, this evening is a deliberate antidote to physical exhaustion, mental over-analysis, and the collective rush of the new year. This is your invitation to release the heavy demand for constant progress and anchor your intentions deeply within your body.

The Cosmic Portal: The Architecture of the Pause

Our journey unfolds in an intense astrological shift. The universe is demanding a transition from outward effort to internal authority:

The 3 Days Before (Jan 7–9) | Structured Vision & Emotional Release:
The week shifts open with the New Moon in Capricorn (♑) on January 7th, laying a grounded blueprint for the year ahead. Concurrently, Venus enters Sagittarius (♐), injecting expansive warmth, while a sudden Venus-Uranus opposition forces us to break free from old relational configurations and stagnant habits.
The Night of Our Event (Jan 10) | Mars Stations Retrograde in Virgo (♍):
Tonight, the planet of energy, drive, and action drops its anchors. As Mars stations retrograde in meticulous Virgo, pushing forward with sheer willpower will feel like wading through mud. This transit can stir up internal friction, tension, or bodily frustration. We meet at the absolute peak of this standstill to safely metabolize this restless energy and let our internal fires recharge.
The 3 Days After (Jan 11–13) | Metamorphosis & Visionary Mindshifts:
As we exit the soundscape, Venus joins forces with Pluto (♒) on January 11th–12th, incinerating old desires and catalyzing a powerful rebirth of our true values. Finally, on January 13th, Mercury strides into Aquarius (♒), lifting heavy thoughts and illuminating an innovative, crystal-clear strategy for your path forward.

What to Expect

Somatic Unwinding & Arrival: We target the physical holding patterns of Mars in Virgo—which nests stress directly into the lower back, hips, and deep nervous system. Through a slow, fluid Figure-8 and Figure-4 pelvic routine, you will unlock tight tissues and signal to your brain that it is safe to down-regulate.
Vocal Activation Circle: Together, we ground into the stable, unshakeable earth medicine of the Capricorn New Moon. We will use the repetitive, internal resonance of chanting to anchor the analytical mind in the present moment.
The Sound Bath Immersion: A panoramic, sensory audio wash designed to catch you as you let go. You will float on a dense floor of Tibetan singing bowls and a massive acoustic white-noise wall of the Wind and Chau Gongs to disrupt overthinking. Shifting textures of ocean drums, rainsticks, and rustic Panag shakers will clear out residual mental debris.
Ethereal Integration: As you awaken to the dawn of Mars Retrograde, the brilliant, elemental interplay of Ignis (Fire) and Aqua (Water) Koshi chimes alongside swinging chimes will carry you home, gently locking your visions into a restored physical framework.

✨ Who This Journey Is For

Anyone starting 2027 feeling physically exhausted, anxious, or already facing burnout.
Those who feel a strong inner urge to push, force, or control outcomes and need a safe container to learn the art of surrender.
Practitioners who find silent meditation difficult; the heavy vibrational frequencies make dropping into theta brainwave states effortless.
Absolutely no prior experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

(Note: Sound baths are non-invasive, but if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or experience sound-induced epilepsy, please consult your healthcare physician prior to registration).

✨ What This Journey Will Help With

Sound therapy operates on a cellular level, using sympathetic resonance to shift your brainwaves into deep, healing states. By participating in this journey, you can experience:
- Deep Nervous System Reset: Shifts the body out of "fight or flight" and into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state, dramatically reducing stress and anxiety.
- Emotional Release: Somatic movement and resonant sound frequencies help unlock and gently process stagnant emotions stored in the physical body.
- Improved Sleep & Mental Clarity: Calms the overactive "monkey mind," paving the way for better sleep patterns and a refreshed mental landscape.
- Heightened Intuition: Brainwaves naturally slow down to Theta and Delta states, opening a clear channel to your inner wisdom and creative visioning.
- Cellular Harmonization: The physical vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls stimulate blood flow and help alleviate physical tension and blockages.
