The Great Unsubscribe

Parenting is hard enough. 

Expecting ourselves to relate to our children, oursselves, or our partners the way we intend to requires that we have sufficient emotional bandwidth. 

Come and let's breakkie together while we put in an 'hour of power'.  Using our discernment we will unsubscribe from as many mailing lists as longer serve us...

.. while noting outloud what else might be a bite-size next step for reducing and managing our sense of overwhelm this year.
