The Green Machine is a fundraiser gig with two goals: raise funds to support live music venues to better advocate for their protection - and raise money to support Green party candidates running in Auckland this election! To help us fight for a fairer tax system, affordable kai, power, and transport - and genuine action on climate change 🥬🐸💚
The lineup starts with the incredible indie band Jim Nothing - we'll also throw some beats in there courtesy of Frank Booker - as the sun sets we'll be treated to a splash of punk rock with Dick Move, and close out the night with Jaycee!! and some of Lucy Gray's technopop.
If you're politically inclined, we'll also have some of the Greens' brightest and best MPs, speaking about why this election matters to you - even if you think it doesn't!
