The Greenhouse Community Open Day

Exciting news:  The Greenhouse is finished.

The Greenhouse, our latest development, is a landmark building with singular features; a shimmering glazed brick façade, meticulously detailed interiors, quality and attention to detail reminiscent of beloved Auckland buildings.

Nearly seven years have elapsed since we purchased the site on Willamson Avenue and Pollen Street with an ambitious vision to express an Aotearoa aesthetic. This is a defining project for Ockham – we have dreamed, designed, consented, marketed, and constructed this building entirely in-house with the incredibly talented and dedicated people at Ockham.

As we make another contribution to our beautiful city, we’d love you to join us at our community open day, before the building is occupied. As always, we’ll be serving up plenty of coffee, with delectable croissants and pain-au-chocolat from our friends at Daily Bread to fuel your apartment touring. Available to check out will be four show apartments and our elegant wood-paneled residents’ lounge.

Though we are over the construction finish line, we are not quite done. We are looking for the last 21 people to complete our community at the Greenhouse, and we hope you (or a friend or family member) may want to purchase and live here, in a building with real personality, timelessness, and a location to beat them all. With the larger apartments all sold, we have a variety of corner two bedrooms (northwest-facing), one bedroom plus study (northwest-facing), and studios (east-facing and west-facing). An example of each is viewable at the open day, priced from $790,000 through to $1.725m.
