Ever wondered if you should be specifying second hand furniture in a hospitality venue design?

Navigating fire safety in commercial spaces is rarely black and white. Join DIA, TAS for a lunch & learn panel tackling the practical issues that regularly arise during design, particularly around material selection, test evidence, and navigating scenarios where NCC requirements don't give a straightforward answer. We'll explore the legalities of second hand furniture, decode fire certificates, and review compliant products on the market.

Nigel Grice / Building Surveyor, Holdfast
Ed Moreno / Fire Engineer, Evantis
