Embodied Grief Circle (online)
Event description
An open and non-judgemental space to connect with other community members and be guided through some gentle movement exercises designed to support emotional release and self-connection.
You don't have to grieve alone anymore. Find others who are on the journey and gain useful tools to support you along the way. As well as movement, these monthly sessions may also include journalling, breath work, and/or sound.
When grieving, connecting with others who can relate is a powerful, supportive resource to help move you from feeling stuck to feeling heard and seen. This will be a space where grief can be witnessed and acknowledged.
You're welcome to participate at the level you feel comfortable with. No one will be pressured to speak.
*Note: These sessions are free for Grief Cocoon members with a paid subscription. Learn more here.
