When is December Fest?

Saturday 5th December 2026 at The Grosvenor, Timaru.

Where is the event?

The event is being held at The Grosvenor, 26 Cains Terrace, Timaru.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes. December Fest is a ticketed event, and numbers are limited, so we recommend getting your tickets early.

Is the event R18?

Yes — R18 only. Valid ID may be required on entry.

What can I expect?

Think live music, craft beer, crate-day vibes, great food, drink specials and a whole lot of fun — all under one roof!

Will there be live music?

Absolutely! We’ll have live entertainment throughout the event. Keep an eye on our Facebook and event page for the full lineup.

Will there be craft beer?

Yes! We’ll have craft beer and alternative options will be available throughout the event, with brewery and Grosvenor involvement and plenty of options to keep you refreshed.

Can I pay by EFTPOS?

Yes. EFTPOS and CASH purchases will be available.

Will food be available?

Yes! Food will be available throughout the event, so you can keep those beers company.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is street parking and nearby private parking available around The Grosvenor. Please plan ahead and allow extra time to park.

What about getting home?

Please plan your transport before you start drinking. Designate a sober driver, arrange a taxi/rideshare, or organise a safe way home.

Can I bring my own drinks?

No. This is a licensed venue, so BYO alcohol is not permitted.

Can I leave and come back?

Re-entry is will not be available for this event.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Grosvenor

What happens if the weather is bad?

No need to stress — December Fest is happening inside The Grosvenor, so the weather won't stop the party!

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside alcohol and food is not permitted

What are the entry requirements?

You must be 18+ and comply with all venue and event conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
