The Grotto: Elvin Brandhi & Guests

It is with warm hearts that we invite you to our inaugural event as we host Welsh experimental and improvisational artist Elvin Brandhi (Hakuna Kulala, C.A.N.V.A.S.) in the intimate Bluestone Church, Footscray.

Disembodied sounds ruminate throughout the evening with accompanying performances by jd, mararara and Sow Discord.

Elvin Brandhi  //  unyielding bursts of erupting animation, a caustic stream of consciousness cavorts with restless, glitched out heaviness

mararara  //  a tingling sensation; a tear; giggling into oblivion

Sow Discord  //  dizzying dissonance and oppressive atmospheres, an immersive journey through extremities of dark psychedelia, doom, avant hip hop, and noise
