A gentle weekly space to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Each session combines simple guidance around meditation, grounding and the nervous system with breath and body awareness practices, followed by a longer guided meditation.

Every week explores a different theme — such as quieting a busy mind, grounding when life feels overwhelming, releasing tension, letting go of the day, nervous system reset, self-compassion and reconnecting with yourself.

No previous meditation experience is needed. You don't have to know how to clear your mind or be “good” at meditation. These sessions are designed especially for beginners, while also offering a supportive weekly practice for anyone who simply wants to pause, reset and feel more grounded.

Each class stands alone, so there is no need to commit to a course. Come every week or simply drop in whenever you feel you need some space for yourself.

Parking

No parking is available at the venue. As the venue is located on busy Jervois Road, please avoid parking there.

Please park on the surrounding streets. Free parking is available on Prosford Street, just behind the venue.

There also is a paid open-air parking lot at 16 Redmond Road that is a 5-minute walk from the venue.
