Have you recently embarked on your motherhood journey?

For mum’s and babies on their postpartum journey anywhere from 6 weeks - 6 months.

Come join us at Folkspace for a fortnightly session to connect with other mothers through gentle movement and shared experiences.

This 1.5 hour session includes:

- Gentle, low-impact movement, breath and meditation designed to be done with/alongside your baby. **

- Gathering in circle to connect and share

- Occasional guest speakers

** All movement will be seated or close to the ground on a yoga mat, supported with bolsters and blankets

** Movement will include gentle stretching and breath to release and open the neck, shoulders, chest and lower back - areas where tension primarily builds in the postpartum

** Movement will be restorative and meditative with the aim of calming and regulating the nervous system

$25.00 per session

Bookings essential.

What to bring:

- Your baby (but you are welcome to come on your own if you need some space)

- Comfortable clothing

- An open mind and heart willing to share and hold space with others
