Event description

Are you ready for an evening of hilarity and empowerment? The Guilty Feminist and Queers of Joy have teamed up for the very first time to bring you an unforgettable live show and podcast recording!

Get ready to welcome Deborah Frances-White all the way from London for an evening of laughter, entertainment, and meaningful discussions on feminism and gender diversity. This is your one and only chance to see her live in Sydney this trip!

We promise an electric atmosphere packed with authenticity, laughter, and thought-provoking conversations in a show uniquely designed to entertain as well as challenge the audience to adopt an intersectional approach to feminism and celebrate trans vitality. Featuring trans entertainers, including Chris Lani-McAllister, founder of Queers of Joy as co-host, independent musician Malaika Mfalme and more.

This is a night of not only celebration but solidarity with our LGBTQI+ refugee friends living in Block 13, Kakuma, Kenya. Profits from this event will go to supporting them and a Ugandan LGBTQI+ organisation of their choice.

The excitement surrounding this event is through the roof! We are proud to be partnering with Darlinghurst Theatre Company. Don't miss the opportunity to see Deborah Frances-White live for her one Sydney show and be a part of this collaboration between The Guilty Feminist and Queers of Joy. Get your tickets now and join us for an evening of laughs, empowerment, education, and solidarity!
