Join us for this free online session about creating outcomes and skills based position descriptions. We'll talk about why they are better for engaging people in their work than traditional job descriptions, and we'll show how they are at the heart of The H Factor system.

We'll be showing how to:

Create outcomes that 'set the picture' without being too detailed;
Use the system to manage your delegations and authorities;
Create a skills matrix and assign skills to positions; and
Add the specific requirements that are relevant to a position.

Please join us to learn more about your system. Register now, and the zoom details will be emailed.
