Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness and connection with The Habit Tracker x Studio Pace 🤍

We’re bringing our community together in Burleigh Heads for a feel-good morning designed to help you move your body, slow down and connect with like-minded women.

We’ll start with a reformer Pilates class at Studio Pace, followed by a guided journalling and gratitude session with Bec Stewart, founder of The Habit Tracker. Once we’re finished, we’ll head over to Blends Café for coffee, treats and a chance to hang out and connect.

What to expect:
• Reformer Pilates class led by a Studio Pace instructor (suitable for all levels)
• Guided journalling + gratitude session
• Time to connect with The Habit Tracker community
• Coffee + treats at Blends Café afterwards
• A few little extras to take home 🤍

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in. We’ll provide everything you need for the journalling portion of the morning, so just bring yourself!

A little note about tickets:
This event is completely free, but spots are very limited. By securing a ticket, you’re reserving one of the available places, so please only book if you genuinely intend to attend.

We know plans can change! If you can no longer make it, please cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event so we can offer your place to someone else.
