The Healing Stitch

Collarts, the Australian College of the Arts, presents 'The Healing Stitch'.

In this workshop we will share how to take beloved jumpers that have seen a little too much action, or had a run in with a moth, into pieces we love even more. Learn how to darn, patch, embroider and celebrate knitwear. We will be providing you with knitted, woven, beaded and other exciting patches to help you bring your jumper to life, you will leave us with a jumper bought back to life and all the instructions and inspiration you need to keep repairing.

The workshop will be 2 hours and participants will need to bring their piece of over-loved knitwear.
