30-minute online well-being session for healthcare leaders

The demands and expectations of leading and working in healthcare aren't going away anytime soon

There are several models and tools to support well-being - the trick is to do something. It doesn’t have to be a big thing or overwhelming. Or add to the long to-do list you already have.

In this session, we’ll explore a model for checking in with your well-being. Connecting as a group we’ll share ideas for practical things you can do over the week that support your well-being.

Flow of session
Check-in, and an introduction to The Healthy Mind Platter, followed by a self-scoring assessment.
Then in break-out rooms - connection and sharing of ideas for what to do to support or increase the scores.
Finishing with coming back together and bringing those ideas to the whole group.
The ideas will be captured and then shared along with a couple of tools for using The Healthy Mind Platter.

This session gives you more than a lens on your well-being - you’ll also get ideas for what you can share and spread to your teams.
