This is an invitation to come and immerse yourself in a 3 hours journey of healing and connecting with the Heart energy held in a safe and sacred space.

This workshop will include:

Guided Heart Chakra Meditation
Yoga postures, mudras
Art project to process your experience and to take home
Sharing circle

We will tune in and harvest the energy of the current Moon. The Waxing Moon is a powerful energetic time to remember the unfolding and blossoming of life's potential. Perfect time to gather with the intention of expansion, love and harmony and to plant seeds for new intentions and projects.

We will start with a grounding guided meditation, intuitive yoga movement and breath-work to tune in with our body and centre our energies, to then come into to a safe and relaxed sharing space to just be.

From a space of deep inner connection there will be some time to journal and reflect on your experience.

Finally we will finished with the creation of an artistic piece which will bring all the experience together into a visual reminder.

This workshops will provide a safe, relaxed and peaceful place to share.

Ana Flavia is a wellness coach, yoga teacher with a diploma in art therapy. She is the founder of Kumali Creative Wellness (www.kumali.org) her purpose is to provide sacred space for self enquiry, self exploration and self realisation.
