At the sternum or breastbone — often called the fascial roundhouse — deep lines of fascial continuity meet, linking the arms, shoulders, neck, core and even down to your feet.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how movement through these fascial pathways can create profound shifts in the way we breathe, reach, and feel within our bodies. By restoring hydration, glide and fascial tone through the front body and arms, we can expand our breath, soften tension around the chest and shoulders, and rediscover a sense of inner vitality.

Through guided FAMO fascia movement sequences and mindful exploration, you’ll experience how freeing the connective tissue around the heart area can enhance your ability to grasp, hold, and let go — both physically and energetically. Leave feeling more open yet grounded, supported by a balanced tension through the lines that connect hands to heart.

The session concludes with Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest between awareness and sleep. Anchored in the heart centre, it invites you to dissolve effort and awaken a quiet sense of wholeness and vitality.
