The Heart Journey Friday Sound Circle is a creation fuelled by the friendship of Raechelle Fahey, a dedicated sound healing facilitator, and Emma Lagerlow, a holistic wealth and mindset coach, entrepreneur, and meditation leader for The Meditation Headquarters. Their shared vision for a kinder world led them to meticulously craft a sacred space inviting like-minded individuals to experience self-compassion, harmony, relaxation, and connection.
