THE HEART OF AWARE PARENTING WORKSHOP REPLAY

Please note: This is a recording of a two-part workshop I ran earlier in the year, there is no live component to this.

This is a beautiful place for any parent to start who is looking for support from an Aware Parenting perspective for their baby or child up to the age of 7.

PART ONE: In this two hour workshop, I will be covering from birth how we can support our babies to feel their feelings, to meet their needs and what this looks like for you as the parent. I will then move into toddlerhood, listening to toddlers feelings, supporting them through Attachment Play, how to set loving limits but most importantly, how to have a deeply loving, connected, heart-centred relationship with your babies and children in their vital early years of life.

PART TWO: We will start this second part of the workshop by looking at why we find it hard as parents to listen to feelings, how our own childhood makes Aware Parenting challenging and why seeking support and having self care is paramount to parenting this way. You will also be spending time sharing, connecting and exploring how the two weeks has played out for you with your children. What did you notice? What has worked well? What are you still curious about? And what do you need support around? There will be plenty of opportunity to share what's happening for you in your home, asking me questions and time to share with other parents.

This workshop is for you if:

Part one of this workshop is a wonderful introduction and resource for any parent who is on the Aware and connected parenting path, looking to explore the practical skills and ways of being with your baby and child. Part two of the workshop will start with a short sharing of why we find it hard as parents, the importance of meeting our own needs and self care. We will then move into lot's of time for sharing with other parents, asking questions and reflecting.
