Event description

The Heart of Reflective Practice Webinar is now taking registration. The learning outcomes for the Webinar include;

* Gaining a better understanding of meaningful reflective practice. The process of reflection in practice.

* The importance of reflecting on practice to meet professional standards. Early Years Learning Framework Principle 5: Ongoing learning and reflective practice.

* The educational role in reflecting on professional practice and developing a culture of learning through reflective practice.

* A discussion on reflective practice for a deeper understanding of children's learning and development.  

* Strategies to implement meaningful reflective practice for best practice at the service. Educators will commence the process of self-reflection by engaging in collaborative conversations with colleagues and peers.

Element 1.3.2Critical reflectionCritical reflection on children’s learning and development, both as individuals and in groups, drives program planning and implementation.
