Join Dani for The Heart Space: A Cacao & Sound Journey, a unique experience designed to open the heart, calm the mind and connect deeply with your inner self. This small sacred gathering will take you through a Tranquil intentional meditation and the healing resonance of sound.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Begin the journey by sipping the ceremonial grade plant medicine, an ancient heart opening elixir that fosters presence, emotional release and connection.

Deepen your awareness and ground your intentions with a guided meditation in a safe space for peace and introspection.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs and other healing instruments.

Let the sound wash over you, releasing tension and allowing profound relaxation.

This event is open to anyone seeking a moment of stillness, self reflection and heart centred healing.

Yoga mats and blankets provided…. Feel free to bring a pillow for extra comfort.
