Join us in a space of connection, honoring and healing as we relax and reharmonize with crystal singing bowls.
Bring what you like for your comfort such as a yoga or foam mat, pillows and blankets.
Children of all ages are welcome, and many have enjoyed the experience. For some children, being quiet and still for any length of time is difficult and movement, fidgeting or talking is disruptive to other participants. You know your child best.
The event is before the Metaphysics & Wellness Fair + Gem Show @ Embassy Suites by Hilton, 3225 158th Ave SE, Bellevue (Fair runs 11am-7pm)
We will relax and reharmonize to the sounds of crystal singing bowls performed by Manilai. Each singing bowl is attuned to one of the 7 main chakras and the bowls are played to align the chakras in harmony with each other. You will be invited to completely relax during the one-hour sound bath, opening to the healing energies, vibrations and sounds.

Manilai has been through a period of deep emotional release and healing. Profound shifts happened in her experience of life when she moved from living from her head to her heart. Now she connects to Heart's Truth to guide her way, letting go of the mind's attachment to the illusions of control, security and life story. So much freed when she brought her attention to inner joy and loosened the seeking of happiness outside of herself. She is grateful for this beautiful journey of heart opening and experiencing the unfolding of love all around and through her.
Her joy of singing bowl sound baths started in 2015 when she felt an immediate affinity for their beautiful vibration and sound. Sound baths have been very healing and restorative for her, and she loves sharing this with others.
