The anti-holiday holiday party.

Family expectations.

Awkward conversations.

Missing people.

The pressure to be merry when you’re really just trying to make it through November.

The holidays can be a lot. So we’re getting together at Bionic Bloom to eat, laugh, and talk honestly about the parts that don’t make it into the holiday cards.

Join us the weekend before Thanksgiving for a potluck with good company, a little dark humor, and practical ways to deal with holiday stress.

We’ll talk boundaries, family pressure, loneliness, and how to get through the season without saying yes to every invitation or explaining your entire life over dinner.

Come if you’re spending the holidays alone.

Come if you wish your family would leave you alone.

Come if you’re grieving, overwhelmed, or already tired of hearing that it’s the most wonderful time of the year.

Bring a dish to share and whatever mood you’re in.

You don’t have to pretend you love the holidays to enjoy an afternoon with people who get it.
