Hey, you wildly divine souls!

It is my privilege and deepest honour to host this series of 45-60 minute breathwork journeys to facilitate your return home to your truest, most aligned self. Prepare to be held, as you open, soften, release tension, move through stagnant energy, activate, connect with your heart and return to flow.

If you have any of the following contraindications please let me know as soon as possible and get clearance from your GP before you attend: Cardiovascular issues. Glaucoma. High blood pressure. Epilepsy. Detached retina. History of strokes or seizures. Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. Blood thinning medication. Pregnancy or possible pregnancy. Asthma. Substance dependence & addiction. Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis. Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Therapist’s approval needed to participate). Psychological conditions and diagnoses.

Pre-preparation:

Please refrain from caffeine if possible.
Stay well hydrated throughout the day - water, herbal tea and cacao is welcomed!
Limit food intake 1-2 hours before the session and try to avoid heavy foods.
Ensure you are in a comfortable and safe, uninterrupted space to lay down
Please create some space afterwards for integration and note that it is unsafe to drive for 30-60mins following our sessions

Please bring:

Comfortable and WARM clothing in case of temperature fluctuation, perhaps a blanket nearby (optional).
A journal and pen to document your experience (optional).
For a more immersive journey, you may like to use bluetooth earphones or an external speaker.
