What to expect
A relaxed seated tasting hosted by winemakers and owners Hylton McLean and Jane Bromley in the private tasting room of our stone farmhouse. Wines will be accompanied by generous winter grazing, with tea and espresso to finish.
Wines
A selection of méthode traditionnelle sparkling, cool climate table wines, and niche sweet wines, with a focus on estate-grown shiraz and pinot. Plus, we will open a few treasures from the cellar to celebrate our twentieth vintage.
Seating
These are small and intimate events, with limited numbers. Seating is thoughtfully arranged around shared vintage dining tables for the comfort of individuals, couples, and larger groups alike.
Location
Honey Moon Vineyard is situated on the high ridges of Echunga, so while it will be decidedly chilly outside, inside it will be warm and cosy, with the wood fire blazing and views across rolling hills and tall gum trees.
