Join Saffron for The Hour *and a half* of Power — a 90-minute yoga experience designed to challenge your body, focus your mind, and help you fully switch off from the outside world.

We’ll move with purpose, build heat, and flow through 60 minutes of strong, sweaty movement — with longer holds, powerful transitions, and playful moments to explore inversions. Then we’ll shift into 30 minutes of slowing down — a yin-inspired flow and cleansing savasana to let everything settle and soak in.

This event is for everyone — beginners to advanced — with plenty of modifications offered. Since it’s a time to switch off and be present, everyone is welcome to join and find their flow.
