The Final Howl! 🐺🙀

This event marks the end of a very "Interesting" year...🤔

I know for me this year has been filled with challenges🗡, awakenings⭐ and a deep self connection🤗 like I've never experienced before.

To be honest I don't know what I would have done without the Howl and the amazing community that comes together to support, uplift and connect with each other.👫

I have grown a lot this year and it still isn't the end just yet.🌳

This Howl is going to be a special one!💥

We're changing it up a bit this time.

It's going to be a full day event, starting at 8am - 3pm🌄🌅

8:00-8:30 We will start the morning off with a welcome to country, followed by a calling in and honouring of the elements and mother nature.🌬🌊🌳🔥

Please bring an offering for mother nature, can be as simple as a piece of fruit or could be something you have made especially for the occasion (needs to be biodegradable and nature friendly) 💝

This is to bring clear intention to the planet we live on and give gratitude for the life we get to live on her. 🌏

8:30-9:00 During this there will be cacao served, this is not a hot cup of cocoa! 🤲☕The medicine of cacao has been used for thousands of years deep in the amazon to connect with your heart and the heart of mother nature, it will assist your opening during the following processes.

9:00-10:00 Diving straight in after that to a deep Breath-work for 1 hour that will surely open up the portals into yoyr inner sanctuary of wisdom and guidance.🌬

10:00-10:15 Following that will be a meditation to open us all to a space beyond the mind, allowing us to connect with our heart and souls.🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

10:15-10:30 A short break will follow this, giving you time to integrate this experience and connect with those around you.👫👬👭

10:30-11:30 From that place of self connection we will move into a somatic release process of ecstatic dance with a specially formulated Breath-work, so you can access your body's innate intelligence and the femanine/masculine union within you.🕺💃

11:30-12:00 While in this state, there will be an opportunity to share your experience with those around you and lock in the deep learnings you have recieved. (Sharing what you have learnt is an important part to integration.)

12:00-13:00 Ice Baths!!! An opportunity to go beyond your human conditioning and become stronger than the mind and body.🧊❄🛀

13:00-15:00 This is where we will have a shared lunch together. 🍲🥖🌯🥘(Please bring a light lunch that you can share with others, preferably vegetarian so everyone can have some👍🙏)

It's also jam time! 🎸🥁🎙🎤🎵🪕🎼🎻🎷🎹

Bring along your instuments and get ready to have the time of your life Dancing, singing and laughing from a new state of freedom.

This may go late into the evening and we will see how it goes!

-Anything else you feel would contribute to the day.
