An Experiential Journey Through the Spiral of Human Development

What does it truly mean to "grow up"? What specific stages of growth and development might we all experience throughout our lives?

The Diamond Model—a deceptively simple framework inspired by modern physics, Integral Theory, and the world’s great spiritual traditions—illuminates the fundamental structure of reality, helping us uncover the diverse facets of what it means to be fully human.

Similarly, Spiral Dynamics—a model detailing the evolutionary development of individuals, organizations, and societies—explores how value systems and worldviews emerge from the interplay between life conditions and the mind’s evolving capacities.

In this intensive, five-session course, Nish Dubashia, the creator of the Diamond Model, and The Collective Edge (TCE) combine forces to offer an integrated approach to personal and collective growth. By weaving together the Diamond Model and Spiral Dynamics, this course will help you understand and experience the evolution of human development.

Throughout the course, you will delve deeply into each developmental stage, engage in healing meditations and energy work, and participate in dynamic discussion groups. These elements are designed to activate, experience, and explore your unique evolutionary journey within the shared spiral of human evolution.

COURSE JOURNEY

We will begin by introducing the Diamond Model, which offers insight into the fundamental structure of reality and how humans might experience it. This model will be contextualized within various schools of thought and frameworks.

With this foundation laid, we will then employ the Spiral Dynamics Model to provide a comprehensive view of human development.

You will gain practical tools and engage in processes that empower you to pursue evolutionary development in your personal life and experiences.

The course will start with identifying and articulating your goals, both for the program and for your broader journey of growth.

As the course unfolds, you will have opportunities to participate in small discussion groups, guided meditations, and energy work. These activities will help ground the theoretical concepts into tangible, embodied experiences. Additionally, you will be equipped with techniques and strategies to continue integrating the course’s insights long after it concludes, should you choose to do so.

CLASS FORMAT

All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET. The virtual room will open ten minutes before each session to allow participants to settle in. Links to Zoom, calendar invites, community platforms, and supplemental materials will be provided one week before the course begins on Thursday, October 31st.

Cancellations made thirty days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made two weeks before the start date are eligible for a full credit towards future programs or a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the start date are eligible for a 20% refund.
Cancellations after the program start date are not eligible for refunds.
All refunds will be subject to a transaction fee where applicable.
