Sarah Entwistle is a private chef and culinary storyteller who seamlessly blends her passion for food, culture and hospitality. From a young age, she found joy in the kitchen, teaching herself to cook at 12 as her mother returned to the work-force. After graduating from American University, she embarked on a career in finance at Goldman Sachs, but her love for cooking never waned. In 2017, she took a bold leap of faith, leaving finance to attend the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.

Sarah’s culinary journey is as diverse as it is rich. She has worked at Gramercy Tavern, developed recipes at Blue Apron, served as Chef Services Director for The Culinistas, managing over 100 chefs, and has cooked for A-listers such as Drew Barrymore and Chelsea Clinton. Her commitment to sustainable food practices led her to volunteer on a Tuscan farm, immersing herself in the traditions of Italian cuisine. In 2022, she was the Lead Chef at Cosecha, a farm-to-table café in Puerto Rico, where she further honed her skills in crafting seasonal, locally-sourced menus.

In December 2023, Sarah launched Supper by Sarah, a monthly supper club that offers bespoke, destination-inspired dining experiences. Each event features customized menus and immersive tablescapes, designed to transport guests to new culinary worlds. Sarah’s work has been featured in Eater and Tasting Table, and she shares her travel and food expertise as a contributor and travel advisor at Fora.

Whether you're planning a special dinner, brand collaboration, or seeking a curated itinerary for your next international culinary exploration, Sarah's expertise awaits.
